Best Digital Zoom Camera App?

My wife has an SE 2 and wants to take pictures of birds so she needs to be a distance away. She also has an Android phone which has a long digital zoom. She is not concerned about quality loss. Can anyone recommend a decent paid camera app that has a long zoom and is integrated with iCloud?
